If you're able to work with Rick, you're in luck!!
Rick helped me out with finding the best house for me. He pays close attention to clients' insights and knows exactly what clients are looking for. He was very organized and quick! He told me some things that needed to be fixed but got them fixed only within a few days. There was also a checklist and it was very easy to see and work with it! Before meeting Rick, I went to over 200 open houses and worked with many realtors. But I can confidently say Rick was the best realtor I have ever worked with!

Rick was in his buyers court the whole way, and his ability to think out of the box and find out who had closed a purchase in the complex led to his buyers success.
